Regarding hemp cultivation, the state and federal laws in the United States are presently contradictory. Hemp and Marijuana are federally illegal to grow in the U.S. Outside of the U.S., Hemp is grown by more than 30 countries. Although it is illegal to grow Hemp in the United States, it is legal to import Hemp products with little to no THC. It is legal across all 50 states and does not require any permit or prescription. Hemp oil is also legal throughout most of the Western world. It is readily available across Europe, most of Africa and South America.
Our Hemp products are from Cannabis plants grown in E.U. and we sell them in U.S. and worldwide.
