How to prepare the Sauce
Brown 50 grams of chopped celery in a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil; add some chopped carrot and onion.
At this point add 200 grams of fruit to the mixture, like blueberries, raspberries, orange juice, apple juice or any fruits the ongoing season offers us, let your taste be your guide!
Now add 30 grams of sugar and 5 grams of salt. Let the sauce simmer for about ten minutes and then purée it with a blender, while adding two teaspoons of CBD oil. Sift your sauce and ready it is for you to enjoy!
How to determine the dosage of CBD?
The endocannabinoid system varies from person to person, this is why dosages my differ. Furthermore metabolism of CBD, being involved in many physiological processes as a modulator of other systems and not just the endocannabinoid system, is also for this reason extremely subjective.
To determine the right dosage of CBD observing yourself is probably the best thing to do, starting with just a few drops and adjusting the quantity according to what you feel as the adequate dosage for your personal needs.
CBD is not psychoactive so if you take an excessive amount of it (let’s call it an “overdose”), this will not have any particular effects on your organism!
