Enecta Food is the new space reserved in our Blog  which is dedicated to the use of CBD and Hemp in general in the kitchen.

Apart from delicious recipes and protein cocktails, hemp seeds deserve particular attention, presenting themselves, with their many properties, as a true super food!   

What do Hemp seeds contain?

Nobile proteins, which are all the amino acids, which are essential to the correct functioning of the human body.
Many vitamins: A, E, B1, B2, PP, C.
Mineral salts like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus.
Fats are essentially Omega 3 and Omega 6  but also lecithin, which enhances fat metabolism, and many phytonutrients.

Hemp seeds have extraordinary therapeutic properties

Strengthen the nervous system
Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties
Help contrasting respiratory diseases like asthma, sinusitis, tracheitis, and also acne, high cholesterol, arthrosis e arteriosclerosis.

How to use them in the kitchen?

If we grind them we obtain Hemp flour, but the (hulled or whole) seeds can also be used to enrich your salad and in the preparation of cookies or sauces.

You can appreciate the properties of the seeds, by making the famous Hemp Milk, how?

It’s very simple: you just need a blender in which you put your hulled hemp seeds and water in a 1 to 3 ratio; blend, poor into a glass and ready it is! 
So, all we need to do is to try Hemp Seeds and add them permanently to our daily diet!
