WeCare is Enecta’s Customer Service, at your disposal from 9:00 to 18:00 on Monday to Friday, to reply to your questions regarding our Cannabis Extracts, deliveries and also to help you with the selection of a product which best meets your needs.

For us quality doesn’t end at the moment of packaging of our Cannabis Extracts and the interaction with our customers isn’t limited to the moment of purchasing.

Enecta offers a pre- and post-sales service of assistance and consulting, in order to make your experience easy, secure and conscious, from all points of view.

Our team is made up by professionals with different competencies, who will be able to assist you before, during and after the purchasing process.

WeCare, the Enecta Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00, excluded public holidays. Response time may go from 12 to 48 hours, according to the period of the year and our workload.  

In order to receive a more efficient and immediate reply to your query, we suggest you to indicate the number of the order you require assistance for, and the reason for which you are contacting us, in the subject field of your e-mail.  


PAYMENT METHODS

All payments take place in safety, thanks to the collaboration with our payment service suppliers, reliable Companies in the field of online commercial transactions.

Enecta accepts payments by MasterCard or Visa: on the payment page, please enter the number of your credit card, expiry date and the three numbers of the security code (CVC code), which you can find on the back of your card. Upon payment receipt we will prepare your order immediately.

If you are not able to pay by MasterCard or Visa, it is possible to pay by bank transfer (also internet banking). In this case, after having placed your order, you will receive the details our bank account to proceed with the payment.

To speed up the delivery process, kindly send the receipt of your bank transfer to wecare@enecta.it , indicating the order number.

DELIVERIES

We wish to guarantee optimal effectiveness in the delivery of our products: we process and deliver to the courier all orders within 48 hours from receipt.

The orders are processed and delivered during office hours (from Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, excluded public holidays). If you place an order on Thursday or Friday, the delivery could be made on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

We deliver by express courier with delivery times varying from 48 to 72 hours.

For whichever problem related to your delivery, you can contact us by writing an e-mail to wecare@enecta.it, indicating your order number or the name of the addressee.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW TO PAY WITH BANK TRANSFER

To pay with bank transfer, please select "BANK DEPOSIT" in the payments option and then CONFIRM.
At this point the order will be considered done, and the bank account details will appear:

Once the bank transfer is done, please send the receipt including the order number to wecare@enecta.com

MY PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD IS REFUSED

 

If your credit card payment is refused, it may be due to two reasons: 1) the credit card is issued by a North American institution 2) the card is not enabled with the 3D Secure security protocol. In this case, you can ask to the credit institution that issued the card to enable the service.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

If you want or need to cancel your order, please contact wecare@enecta.com as soon as possibile, indicating the order number and "ORDER VOIDING" in the email object.

HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE

At checkout step, when you will be asked to fill your personal data, on the right clumn of the page you will see a field named DISCOUNT CODE: just enter your code and the total amount of the order will be updated automatically.

CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?

Actually is not possible, since Paypal internal policies does not allow to associate with cannabis related businesses.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY

At the moment this payment option is not available.

DO YOU OFFER DISCREETE SHIPPING

 

Our shipments are made in completely anonymous envelopes, which have no reference to the content or to our company in the outer packaging.
